Citizen & Business Services

ADM plays a pivotal role in connecting citizens and businesses with state resources. From facilitating procurement opportunities and overseeing construction projects to managing facilities leasing and providing human resources support, ADM ensures transparency and accessibility. Additional services like risk management and the administration of the Second Injury Fund further enhance our commitment to supporting the community.

State Employee Services

We strive to enhance the work experience for state employees and retirees by offering comprehensive support and benefits. These include an employee portal for accessing resources, health insurance plans for employees and retirees, and management of security and ID badges. Our services also encompass the state telephone directory, parking, and facility services at the Capitol Mall and Chinden Campus, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

State Agency Services

ADM delivers a wide range of specialized services designed to meet the operational needs of state agencies. This includes support for parking, building maintenance, and event scheduling at the Capitol Mall and Chinden Campus. We also manage central postal services, construction projects, and procurement training. Additionally, our risk management strategies and conference resources enable agencies to operate efficiently and effectively.

Divisions & Offices

ADM’s divisions and offices drive many state initiatives by offering specialized services. These include high-quality printing and copying through the Copy Center, expertise in design and construction via DPW, and redistribution of federal surplus property. The Office of Group Insurance administers employee and retiree benefits, while postal and risk management services ensure reliable communication and risk mitigation across state operations.

Boards & Commissions

ADM supports several key advisory bodies that guide state operations and policies. These include the Governor’s Housing Committee, which oversees housing resources for state officials, and the Group Insurance Advisory Committee, which provides recommendations on benefits. Other groups, such as the Idaho Capitol Commission and the Permanent Building Fund Advisory Council, focus on preserving state facilities and guiding building projects. Additionally, the Risk Management Advisory Committee and the Study Group on Locations for State Agencies contribute to strategic planning and risk oversight.
