PROPOSED RULES

Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-1, the Department of Administration, Division of Purchasing is performing a thorough review of its administrative rules. In compliance with section 67-5220, Idaho Code, notice is hereby given that this agency intends to promulgate rules and desires public comment prior to initiating formal rulemaking procedures. This negotiated rulemaking action is authorized pursuant to Section 67-9204, 67-9205, 67-9206, 67-9215, 67-9219, 67-9226, Idaho Code.  Negotiated rulemaking meetings are scheduled as follows:
