Reporting Property Values

All state agencies are required to report and continuously update their property schedules for insurance purposes. Property includes, but is not limited to, buildings, building contents, and vehicles. Property schedules must be reported and updated in the Risk Management reporting system (RMIS).

Each state agency has authorized users who receive comprehensive training on RMIS and have access to a detailed user manual. Authorized RMIS users with questions or want to receive refresher training should contact Risk Management by email at admriskunderwriting@adm.idaho.gov or by phone at (208) 332-1869.

Purchasing Contract Insurance Requirements

State Facilities Use Contract Insurance Requirements

Contact Risk Management at admriskunderwriting@adm.idaho.gov for assistance determining the appropriate insurance requirements to include in contracts or agreements allowing non-state entities to use state facilities.

Notary Public

If you are a State of Idaho employee and a notary commission is a requirement of your position, you may obtain an application and bond information by contacting Risk Management by email at notary@adm.idaho.gov or by phone at (208) 332-1869. All costs are covered by the Risk Management Program, except the notary stamp.

Individuals who are not State of Idaho employees must contact the Idaho Secretary of State for information about becoming a Notary Public.
