Please provide as much detail as possible, including the Public Works project number, Luma sourcing event number, or Purchasing contract number, if applicable. Providing specific information helps us locate records and respond to your request more efficiently.

Some records are exempt from public disclosure under the Idaho Public Records Act. If you request records that are exempt, we will notify you at the email address you provided.

Public records requests may be subject to fees for copying, labor, or other allowable costs. Payment may be required before records are provided. For additional information, see Idaho Code §74-102(10)–(12).

As of July 1, 2024, the Idaho Public Records Act allows state agencies up to ten (10) working days to respond to public records requests from Idaho residents and up to thirty-five (35) calendar days for requests from non-residents. For additional information, refer to Idaho Code §74-103(2).
