Idaho's Governor has issued Executive Orders 2009-10 and 2007-09 that require contracts for services performed in the State of Idaho are with businesses that employ individuals who are eligible under Federal and State law to work in the United States. The Division of Purchasing has developed the following documents to assure that this requirement is met.
The Division of Purchasing consists of Purchasing Services, Copy Center Services, Postal Center Services, Record Retention Information and Services, and the Federal Surplus Property program.

The Purchasing Division manages all aspects of contracting with vendors to provide products and services to state agencies and provides purchasing training for state purchasing personnel:

The Federal Surplus Property Program acquires, transports, warehouses, and distributes Federal Surplus Property.
Federal Surplus Property is available to state and local government agencies as well as to qualifying non- profit health organizations, educational entities, and programs for the elderly and/or homeless.
The State Records Center provides information on Record Retention Requirements which details how long different types of records must be retained. The Inventory System provides services to state agencies to pick-up, store, retrieve, and destroy various types of records.
The Copy Center provides copy and binding services to state agencies.
The Postal Center provides courier and mail services to state agencies. Packaging and Labeling Instructions and Guidelines are available.
