Call Boxes

Capitol Mall Security

Call boxes are located conveniently throughout the Capitol Mall to give you an opportunity to communicate directly with an onsite Security officer. We encourage you to use the boxes any time you would like, including:

after hours access to buildings
information about location of state agency offices
emergencies or security concerns

The Security Control Center, which answers the call boxes, is happy to help you in any way they can.

To use a call box, press and release the button once, and then wait for a response. You do not need to press the button again or hold it down to speak.
