The Parking Office is in the Parking Garage Basement near the Security Office If you have lost your red or white Capitol Mall parking tag, you may get a replacement by visiting the Capitol Mall parking office, and bringing with you the $5.00 replacement fee (as per IDAPA 38.04.04). The office is located in the basement of the Parking Garage located at 550 W. State St. Please call before coming, to make sure someone will be in the office to help you. The number is 208.332.1932.
We are able to accept cash or personal checks, but are not equipped to accept credit or debit cards at this time.
If you find your lost tag after you have purchased a replacement, you must return the old tag to Facilities Services. Failure to do so may result in your expulsion from the parking program.
We cannot refund the replacement fee once you've paid it, so if you think you might find the lost tag, then you should get a week temporary replacement permit first, before purchasing a new tag. To get a temporary replacement while you look for your tag, call the number above and request one. You can either come pick one up, or one can be emailed to you to print.
