Idaho's Governor has issued an Executive Order 2006-40 that requires contracts for services performed in the State of Idaho are with businesses that employ individuals who are eligible under Federal and State law to work in the United States. The Division of Public Works is developing procedures to assure that this requirement is met.

Midrange RFQ - Ongoing - (Statewide)
The Division of Public Works is requesting an expression of interest from architectural and engineering firms for providing design services on projects with estimated fees between $40,000 and $80,000 per project. These proposals will be kept on file and used throughout the year for selection of design firms. If you already have a proposal on file with the Division of Public Works, it will be retained. We suggest that proposals are updated annually. Click here to view the complete request. Click here to view a list of firms with current responses (as of February 6, 2009).
